Yesterday I went to Cambridgeshire County Council’s HQ at Shire Hall Cambridge to hand in the Lib Dem petition opposing the closure of our Children Centres.
At over 3,800 signatures its one of the biggest petitions received by the County Council and ensures the proposed closures will be debated by all county councillors at the full council meeting on the 17th October.
This meeting will be open to the public, but if you wish to speak at the meeting you must inform the council by 10th October. If you wish to do this contact Democratic Services via:
