Two developers have indicated they want to build a small number of homes on land in the Green Belt either side of Balsham Road Fulbourn at the speed calming chicane.

The one on the south side involves a 100% affordable housing scheme by Accent housing association with all homes ring fenced for local people.

In my Autumn Focus I asked all residents in the village if the 100% affordable scheme would be acceptable and the majority of respondents agreed subject to the homes being solely for those with a local connection.
