The Liberal Democrats on South Cambridgeshire District Council grew to 14 today with the election of three more councillors together with holding two existing seats cementing our position as the opposition to the Tories.

We got back the seats of Haslingfield, Linton and Waterbeach and held the seats of Hauxton and Gamlingay with big majorities.  In the South East Cambridgeshire constituency we also came second in Histon & Impington and the Wilbrahams beating Labour into third place in both.

So a big thank you to everyone who voted Liberal Democrat in South East Cambridgeshire – your vote wasn’t wasted.
